Who can resist crunchy toast topped with goat cheese?
- 3 –4 fresh figs, sliced
- 2 – 3 oz of goat cheese
- 3 teaspoons of fresh thyme
- Sliced bread (I like to use rustic Italian or French bread, but slices of sourdough would also work)
- 1/2 tablespoon honey (sweet or hot)
- Black pepper
- Salt
